What is Ayurveda?

Warm herbalized oil is massaged into the scalp and along the spine. The face is refreshed with traditional Ayurvedic herbalized oils and masks and then balanced and massaged by stimulating marma points to melt tension and relax the mind. The hands and feet are massaged with a traditional Ayurvedic massage technique. This is a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating treatment. (Subtle Energy Balancing)

This treatment focuses on opening and balancing energy flow according to the Ayurvedic energy system. Marma points, similar to acupressure points, are stimulated with warm herbalized tridoshic oil using circular motions. This gentle treatment is designed to balance and awaken consciousness and the natural

Shirodhara

(Third-Eye Opening)

Balance and soothe your mental body through this 
deeply relaxing treatment beginning with a head, neck, 
and shoulder massage. Warm herbalized oil is poured 
in a gentle stream over the forehead, synchronizing 
brain waves and calming the mind, body and spirit. 
Shirodhara enhances blood circulation to the brain, 
improves memory, nourishes the hair and scalp, and
